May 12th run

Two of us Terps went for a 14 mile run on Weds May 12th in the evening along the Tonawanda River Bike Path. the sole purpose of the run was to more or less make sure the two of us would be able to complete the Buffalo 1/2 marathon later this month. Parts of the run were windy but all in all the weather was decent…Pretty amazing to see how far we have come as runners in the last 6 months. We went for the same run last October but did it in 20 more minutes. I guess the winter training has paid off…Definitely a great shot of confidence and feeling good about the Buffalo half in a few weeks!

March 31st Run

5 of us ran up at UB tonite…Did two sets of 4 mile legs on the UB Bike…Great nite for a run. The temps were in the high 50s. No wind to speak of and it was definitely ideal running conditions!–Great time out there and looking forward to more nights like this as time goes on!

March 23rd run

The weather wasn’t all that great today for the first Terps run. However, it could have been much worse…The temps were in the high 30s with some driving rain at times…However, towards the end of our run the rain stopped. We ran along the Niagara River and some of us covered 5 miles. Good run and looking forward to more runs with the Terps and in better temps!–There definitely is something great about running outside and sharing this with others…Hope you can come out with us, get in better shape, burn some calories, and just make new friends!–Awesome time!–Remember next run in on Weds March 31st…Check the calendar of events!–That’s it for now!
